WHEN SUPPLYING THESE MEDALS IN BULK, WE WILL SUPPLY THEM IN 8 BAGS. A SEPARATE BAG FOR EACH DESIGN. FOR SMALL QUANTITIES EACH BAG WILL CONTAIN A FULL SET OF MEDALS. The Dolour Rosary has 7 groups of 7 beads (for the Hail Mary prayers) with the medals (in the order of events in the life of Jesus) between them for the Our Father prayer. The centre medal is the first Dolour (The Presentation). There are three beads between the centre medal and the large, cross medal. On these three Hail Mary's are prayed in honour of Our Lady's tears.
