We are currently dispatching orders 3 days a week. Our use of workspace while maintaining social distancing has resulted in our processing of orders being less efficient. We currently expect to dispatch orders between 1 and 4 working days.
POSTAGE AND PACKING FEES
The website automatically estimates all UK and some international postage based on weight of goods ordered.
The website will estimate postage automatically up to 2kilo in weight by Royal mail. Other carriers can be arranged by request. Customers in ROI will be offered Hermes local courier delivery
ORDERS OVER 2k WEIGHT
The website will not offer Royal mail postage for orders over 2kilo and customer for large orders will only be able to select Hermes delivery in the automatic checkout.
Royal mail postage charges
Royal mail calculates postal charges by volume and weight. Occasionally this can result in the system under charging customers who purchase bulky items and over-charging customers who purchase high weight, low volume items. Where this happens we will refund any excessive charges and review the postage settings. Because we sell multiple small items, estimating actual postage charges is more complex than charging for single, large items. We do our best to set the system to charge as near as possible the actual postage and packing costs.
Please be aware that the face value of postage on a package represents only part of the cost we pay. These extra costs include Royal mail licence, consumables, monthly franking machine charges and packaging materials.

DISPATCH OF GOODS
Normally rosary-making.com will dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Please see the CVID 19 note for up to date information. Customers will be informed of dispatch of their order by e mail. Occasionally dispatch can be delayed by a few days. In this event we will inform customers by e mail.
DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS
We offer a range of delivery options in the website checkout. Most UK orders are sent by Royal mail. Customers selecting Royal mail first class can expect delivery within 1-2 days and 2-5 days for second class. Royal Mail say the 98% of first class mail is delivered next day. Customers should contact us further information.
DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where the Royal Mail option is selected, customers can expect delivery of their order 5 to 10 days following payment. For some countries delivery may take up to 4 weeks. This is usually because of delays in customs clearance or the domestic postal system of the destination country.
International customers are responsible for all national taxes of the destination country.
While we have confidence in the efficiency of Royal Mail and the majority of orders are delivered within quoted delivery timescales, problems do occasionally occur. Rosary-making.com cannot guarantee postal delays will not occur. Customers who require urgent delivery of their order should consider requesting Royal Mail’s next day delivery service. Rosary-making.com does not accept responsibility for postal delays due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, ash clouds, industrial action.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full and accurate address for the delivery of their order. rosary-making.com does not accept responsibility for the non receipt of goods where the customer has provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders may be cancelled, and refund issued at any time up to dispatch.
Payment of cancelled orders will be refunded within 3 working days.
Where payment has been made by cheque or postal order, rosary-making.com will return cheques and postal orders that have not already been processed. Where cheques or postal orders have been processed, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
Refunds will normally be made through the same service as the original payment was made. Where customers wish to cancel an order after the order has been dispatched, refunds will be made after the order has been returned in “as new” condition.
